The Provider Renewal Form

Use this form to find which provider packages are up for renewal in a given time frame.

NOTE: Move the cursor over the picture of the form. When you see the little hand thingy appear, you can click on the item to get more information!

Form Control: Pressing the 'x' to close the form, the '_' to minimize the form (make it a small icon at the bottom of the screen), or the box shape to maximize the form (so it takes up the entire database window).

Days To Renewal:The program provider expiration date is determined by adding the 'Duration' to the 'Date' in the Provider Form. 'Days to renewal' allows you to anticipate the expiration by the number of days specified, in order to get advance notification that a program provider needs to be updated. The program does not relate customer programming to provider programming, so if the customer cancels his programming you may still see a provider renewal record.

Display: Click this button to display a report of all provider programming that will expire within 'days to renewal' days.

Close: Closes this dialog box.
