Program Table Reference

SatTracker stores the following information about Programs:

• CustomerId: The number that uniquely identifies a customer. This number is used to link Program Records to Customer Records. Stored as a long integer.
  
  
• OrderDate: This field is used to tie the program entry to an order. It is automatically set to the latest order date of the customer; if there is no such date then today's date is used. If no order is found containing the order date and the customer id, a new order is automatically created. Stored as a date.
  
  
• Program: The name of the program the customer has ordered. Stored as a Text field of up to 40 characters.
  
  
• Cost: The cost of the program package (to the customer). Stored as a Currency field.
  
  
• Duration: The period until the programming expires. Enter this value as a number followed by either something starting with 'M' or something starting with 'Y'.

  The duration field is used in the Program Renewal Reports. Stored a Text field of up to 16 characters.
  
  
• Auth: Any authorization code may be stored here. Stored as a Text field of up to 12 characters.
  
  
• PayType: This field is not currently used.
  
  
• Programmer: You can make this anything you want; it is intended to contain the programming supplier name. Stored as a Text field of up to 50 characters.
  
  
• WhoPays: You can make this anything you want; it is intended to contain whether the customer or you pay for the programming. Stored as a Text field of up to 12 characters.
  
  
• CancelledOn: You can make this anything you want; it is intended to indicate if the customer canceled the programming, and when. Stored as a Date.
