Use this form to print a program renewal report that does not use duration (dur) in the Program Form. Enter the number of months and/or years, that, when added to the date the programming was started, equal a date greater than or equal to today's date. Stated another way, the Report shows all programming started after Today's Date - (years + months you enter). Press the 'Print' button to print, or the 'Cancel' button to close the form without printing.
